Safeguarding Essentials
Go beyond learning just facts. Understand the essentials of Safeguarding and how to develop your practice and promote positive behavioural change. A simplified approach to keeping yourself and others safe.
Advanced Safeguarding
This course is ideal as a refresher for those who have completed the 'Safeguarding essentials' course or those who wish to expand their knowledge further.
Examining current trends it will explore a range of issue based subjects such as Radicalisation and Extremism, County Lines, Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE) and what are common traits in the grooming process. Delegates will learn about best practice in identify and responding to concerns and where to seek additional support.
Designated Safeguarding Person
Whether new to the role or looking for a refresher this course is practical and hands on in helping delegates quickly understand the role and how to be effective addressing any concerns that they may have. The course provides a variety of resources to equip delegates with when responding to a variety of concerns they may experience in this role. Following this course delegates will be able to access additional follow on support

Delivered by a Safer Recruitment Consortium trainer, this accredited course is delivered over two days looking at ;

Safeguarding Train the Trainer
A two day course designed to support those responsible for designing and developing Safeguarding within their organisation.
